help with sims 4 nude mod

Hi, i need help, i just got sims 4 on the update 1.20 but for wathever reason i does not matter wich nudity mod i download the textures dont apply at all and my sim looks like she has no nipples nor vagina, i already tried with several nudity mod but none of them seems to work.

any reason why this may happen?
