Hello,

 

My game crashes at random when loading a save file where if i load any save file after this crash from that character it wont load and just crash.

 

I have used boss and loot but also have tried a merged and bashed patch.

I used Fnis.

 

Attached papyrus log

papyrus log 0 is after playing when loading

1 is loading after the crash

2 is also loading after the crash

You should skip using Boss since it is obsolete.

Your loadorder is not correct, you should try to run LOOT again and dont forget to click apply.

There are TONS of errors in that log. That's -usually- an indicator that you manipulated your load order during a playthrough, which is a BAD idea. Don't ever uninstall mods during a playthrough and never change their order.

 

Do that:

 

  1. Install all mods that you want, and mind engine restrictions while doing that (e.g. do not install too many script heavy mods at once)
  2. Run LOOT, FINS, build your armor with Bodyslide etc.
  3. Start a new game, and do NOT touch the load order after that until you are done.

I shall try again, but not directly as I goto finish an essay which will determine if i fail or succeed this year

I think you have ruined your save since you have played on after removing Helgen Reborn. That mod do alters many quest lines, like unbound/Civil war.

You can start one game and have that active since you have alternate start installed.

Alternate start mod by Arthmoor do address the issues whit the cart.

 

Your alternate is to start one new game or load the save before you did start to remove any mod, some can be removed but not one mod like Helgen Reborn.

 

Your loadorder looks better now, you also need to rebuild your Bashed Patch.

Did it again played for a bit game crash at random now i cant load.

Will not work. Crashes on save load.

Crash fixes chage some things in the save game and make crash the save game cleaner tool....

 

you can try ReSaver.. is slow but ussualy work..

 

if ReSaver not solve your problem try ReStringer...

sorry.. but i not have more tools.. not know more tools that can help wiht crash on load... only this..

resaver and restringer...

 

the only more can be start a new game and try load your old save after start the new game... or use the coc trick: open the game console from the main menu before load game and type "coc qasmoke" then try load your save.. 

 

of course.. try load diferent saves.. not only the last... some times one save is corrupt but others a bit older work...

 

if this not work install crash fix 12 and enable log on crashfix.ini... if the error say like some ik foot try removing animations... this site have a thread about CTD and debug it.. but i dude it help...

 

the last resource can be a brute option but you can try.. disable some of yours mods and try load.. if crash disable HALF of yours mods.. if crash disable ALL your mods... if crash think in start a new game... when a save have a lot of problems is bad thing...

 

verify that your base game is correct.. start a new game and test it for half hour saving and loading games...

the string table bug is generated when the string table go corrup and the only solution id use ReStringer for try solve it... 

 

i recomend you reduce the number of mods and forget your old savegames.. start a new game with less mods...

if you mean that the game crashes when you try to load a save from the main menu, the workaround is this:

 

open the console and coc to qasmoke

load the save from there

 

should work

I will try. I also saw a post saying there is a patch for sexlab that reduces the strings will try that first.
