Sexlab Romance Dialogue Problem

So here's a weird one, I've been using Sexlab Romance for a while now and everything worked as it should, but a problem suddenly accured. When I try to invite an NPC for intercourse and get to the menu where I have to choose which pose, there aren't any options to pick from, only the "Maybe later" option is available. 

Tried starting a new game and it worked for a while but then happened again.

Tried waiting a couple of ingame weeks, tried reinstalling the mod and Sexlab it self and nothing changes.

Don't have any crashes or T pose, other animation mods work as they should.

Anyone encountered this?

I have a similar problem. My sexlab romance won't work with it. I just don't have the dialogue options i should. There's gotta be a patch somewhere
