Vaelorian Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 My set-up: Fraps captures a video. GOM player exports individual frames. Adobe Bridge+Photoshop CS6 imports into image layers, then exports to gif. All in all, it takes 1-2 minutes per gif once you captured the video.
