Skyrim Crashes as I Start a New Game... :(

Like the title says, Skyrim is crashing as I attempt to start a new game.

EDIT: Don't know if it's necessary to mention, but the crashfixer from nexus(?) was telling me that Skyrim was running out of memory when I tried to load a test character (which I since deleted). I fixed it by using a memory tweak, increasing block01 memory to 768MB and block02 to 256MB  but now am having this crashing problem instead of Skyrim running out of memory. Removing this tweak makes Skyrim run out of memory.

Try turning off all your mods except Live Another Life. Create a new character, enable mods. You have too many mods installed and you are taking out memory. Skyrim 2013 cannot handle that many mods on startup very well. Plus your load order is a mess, run LOOT through it.

So I did everything you said and no dice

 

Skyrim still crashes when I try to start a new game with no message about memory.

 

LOOT made no changes to my load order so it can't be that, though the papyrus log now mentions weapon racks and missing properties (?). It's attached below. The .log is also quite large, so something really went south...
