WrongParrot Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 While not a site, GifCam allows you to record anything from desktop directly into GIF, so if you have eg. FRAPS video and what to convert part of it to GIF, resize it and so on, the this lite one might be helpful. Also it's portable so installation is not necessary. HTH
