I've been able to fumble my way through Photoshop and Body Studio so far. It's a long way from perfect, but here is a low res screen shot of the basic idea. Once I solve the clipping issues and get cleaner edges on the transparency, I'll start doing alternate versions like netting or latex.

 

I still need to contact the artist for permission before I share.
