SSE script extender will be much more work: It's a huge difference between a 32 bit architecture and a 64 bit one. If it wasn't, then the script extender to fallout 4 would be much farther ahead. Still it's quite a good thing; 64 bit is the future, improvements to the SSE-Script-extender will benefit Fallout 4 too and backwards. But script extender ready before the creator... i really doubt it, seems most likely a scam.
