I checked those located at "\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition" but i couldn't really find anything to disable this floaty mouse for example. Something i found somewhere else said that you need to change "iVSyncPresentInterval=1" in the SkyrimPrefs.ini to "iVSyncPresentInterval=0" do disable double buffer Vsync in case someone got trouble with that. Anyone got some more to share?
