Akira's hair?

Is there a way to inject Akira's headband into the hair .TMC? so it can be used on custom mods?

There are some old mods for akira that uses his hair, but since the headband texture was eliminated from the body model, there's this empty gap in his hair were the headband used to go. some people don't seem bothered by it, but it triggers the shit out of me.
