Help transfering abilities from one mod to another

Title, im using a mod called Lost Paladins of the Divine Wrath http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24253/? this mod adds an armor with really good bonus, my question is, is it posible to "transfer" the bonus from the armor to another mod?, namely a UUNP armor mod

Transmogrification is supposed to do copy the stats from one armor to another. I haven't used this mod so I can't confirm if it works or not.
