How to add DLC to Dead or Alive 5 last round

I d want to add mods DLC to Dead or alive last round but when I add the DLC mod to folder DLC in the folder game and  I add the DLC's name to my 3DGAME the mod DLC doesn't work. Someone help me please how can I do it to do.

2. Update the game

3. Install 3DM hack

4.Update the hack note pad with the appropriate  designated numbers

5. Install the mods using the various tools.

The DLC mod I tried to add only works with ink reshufle and I have autolink, I tried another DLC mod and it work ed, so all is right. Anyway is it possible to add all the officials DLCs to my official version on Steam???.
