Girls naked feet go haywire lol ^_^

They only do this when there is no shoes on what is it about my load order or mods that make this happen ?  Its just with the females not the males ive read about it happening to males but not females. Also im already tried to install just foot textures and stuff and it still happens . it didn't before so im thinking its some mod or something.  And when they stand up the feet doesn't do this its like its in the floor or something but if there on there back it reaches to the back like. 

 

 

 

 

it was the size does matter mod  or the skykids but im thinking it was the size does matter one.
