Invisible Legs Bug

I recently got a new computer and so decided to install and mod Skyrim after many years without it. I am suffering from an issue in which any character, male or female, with their armour removed has invisible legs, though the upper body, feet, and any male genitalia from SOS are visible.

Above is my load order, does anyone know what the issue might be? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my skeleton and body mods multiple times with no result.
