Dude,just get rid of the fucking Skyrim-Rip you are using. The game as Legendary-Version is about 8$,or less on different sites !!

If not ,then ffs,redownload an updated version!

 

Noone here would make an outdated Mod like this for a single person.

The old nude male c0ck works even in the latest. That is, if you are using the archive tool switch method or lrs or autolink. If you are using DLC pack mods then it won't work with the updates. 

 

In my case I just used archive tool to switch the nude male with the swimsuit pack for the guys.
