pincus Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Can anyone tell me how I can rollback to 1.5.26 AND how to block Steam from auto-patching Skyrim? I want to patch when SKSE and Dragonscript are updated to the newest patch version. Now I won't play because my favorite mods are disabled... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ark of Truth Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 You can't rollback but you can disable auto patch until the game's properties in Steam. Under the updates tab.
pincus Posted June 11, 2012 Author Posted June 11, 2012 @ Ark of Truth: Thank you, now I'm at the mercy of the SKSE and Dragonscript being updated.
pincus Posted June 12, 2012 Author Posted June 12, 2012 SKSE says it's for: 1.6.89.0, I have 1.6.89.0.6. I got the warning saying the version of Skyrim is newer than SKSE supports, BUT the game launched anyways..... weird.... BUT SkyUI says it doesn't "see" SKSE, it's just weird. I am sure it will be straightened out soon, thx for the help.
Mashi Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Different region? I have 1.6.89.0 from the live patch yesterday. That should be something that you should bring up to the SKSE team, especially if it's a version issue for different skyrim versions.
Imanuelus Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 Use this to actually block auto-patching for Skyrim, disabling it through Steam doesn't work some times. Skyrim Unplugged
Ark of Truth Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 All version are the same on Steam the only difference is the language the game is in.
pincus Posted June 13, 2012 Author Posted June 13, 2012 So am I the only weirdo who has patch version 1.6.89.0.6? BAH!!! Just my luck..... hehehe The people from Steam: "Lets screw with this guy, we will make it so he can't use SKSE and Dragon Script!!" muhahahahaha "Let add a .6 at the end!!!" hehe Shit happens, but mostly to me.
