Usually the boobs size is realted to the "weight" of the actor.

Just to try:

Open the console

Click on Isolda

Type: setnpcweight 100\

Close the console and check.

In case now the breasts are of a better size, then you may need a small mod to change the Isolda weight for good. (I can do that in about 5 mins, if it the test will work.)

Tutorial? Right away (but just written here on the fly)

1) Open CK, load only Skyrim.

2) Save, give a name to your mod (BreastIncrease.esp, for example)

3) Re-open your mod and be sure you load also all the mods that add NPCs where the weight is not good.

4) Go on Actors and find the actor you wanna re-weight.

5) Change the weight of them to something bigger than 80.

6) Save you mod, install your mod, and enjoy.
