I'm at my wit's end with Skyrim, because I have a very strange problem with my game that I can't figure out how to fix (possibly) and wanted to ask your help. Prolem here is: When I enter Bleak Falls Temple, we all remember the two bandits at the campfire, yes? I can do pretty much anything in that location, except when I kill them or just try to talk to my follower (Throthgar) while being near the campfire, my game crashes, always. The thing is, if I run past the area and go deeper to the dungeon, game doesn't crash at certain point, but when I try to go bit deeper (Like the longer corridor, where you have a ancient shelf with a healing potion on) and I tried to talk to Throtghar, crash (but not at the area between those two points and randomly game doesn't crash if I talk to him while I'm at the campfire on 'first floor') This type of crash has made few of my characters already unplayable, now that I think back to my characters and I'd hope if anyone could help me to shoot down the reason, why this happens. The last log was from when I somehow managed to not make the game crash after going past the campfire area (with two bandits) and not crash after talking, then returned there, looted chest and corpses and then returned and still didn't crash, but crashed after I went bit deeper into the dungeon and talked to my follower, it crashed. Also, I tried to go away from Bleak Falls Temple and do other combat, to test if that affects the game and I went down the mountain towards Whiterun, killed Snow Sabre, looted it and talked to my follower, Throthgar, but the game didn't crash. The 2nd Spoiler is another Papyrus Log after I removed "Follower Mod" and it appears there is problem with quest scene, that might be related to the main quest I'm currently trying to do? Edit. Also, after taking quick look at my latest Papyrus log, I went to Savetool and got rid of some of the scripts that were running and had to be removed (like SOS and FM = Follower mod?) related scripts. I'll hope this can help in the future. The last Edit (hopefully) Good news and all thanks to me doing bit more grunt work by myself. Getting rid of "Follower mod" and going back to "EFF" worked, after using savetool and deleting all orphan scripts related to FM and SOS that were hanging around in the back. I talkted to Arvel didn't crash the game and random tests of trying to open conversation menu with my follower didn't crash the game either, so I'd say we've hit the green on my problem. I hope someone else can find this post in the upcoming years and find solution for their problem with the game.
