Custom Animation T-Pose

Hey. I recently got into tweaking animations and such for Skyrim and decided to alter the ground_combatidle for the dragons using Blender to be a bit more vertical. I found a few tutorials and ended up using the Nexus wiki one. Everything in Blender worked out fine, and it actually looked semi-decent. However, after converting it back to an .hkx and putting it in-game, all I get is a sort of "half T-pose," where the dragon's still breathing but T-posed. All the other animations work just fine, so there's that at least, but I'm getting really frustrated since I followed the directions almost exactly and changed everything in the NiControllerSequence to match the original. I searched google but couldn't some up with an answer, and yes, before you ask, I'm using the correct 2010.2 Havok tools for hkxcmd to use. Knowing my luck, it's probably something stupidly easy, but any help is appreciated. I attached the .hkx I made if anyone wants to look at it.

Oh, and on a mostly unrelated note, how do you get the feet on a custom animation to collide with the ground properly? Some of the animations I use seem to have the character's feet slipping and sliding like an ice skater while they clip through the ground (it's Oblivion all over again :P), and I've noticed mine does that too, to an extent (it's hard to tell through the T-pose). I was wondering if you could fix it or if it was an inevitable pitfall of making a custom animation?
