need help--fomm will not launch in my personal user profile in my computer

but it will launch in my sfw user profiles in my computer. 

 

ive uninstalled/reinstalled it several times. i also set it up in c-drive> and c-drive>program files(x86)

and it still will not launch in my personal user profile. it use to launch up until 2days ago
