How to change default camera F ??

Hi, I can't find any post about this question. When we normally play this game, the default camera is set to F=infinite, as shown by the first picture. When we take a photo, F=2.8 is applied, as shown by the 2nd picture. My question is, how to let the default camera always be a set value, like 2.8 ?? without using ReShade. Actually the origin of the quesiton comes from Private Paradise. The camera in the movie is always F=2.8 instead of F=infinite. Thank you very much.
