Recently no dialog of NPC

As the title says i recently have a problem with the sex dialog of NPCs.

I didn´t had the problem since two days. I can only select the NPC-line "Interested in having some fun?" once.

Then they´re having sex and then i can chose the line again, but then nothing happens and when im speaking again to the NPC, the line is gone, on every other NPC too.

I have tried to reload the save, exit the game and start again, disabled the mods and enabled it again.

Only a clean save works for the first time, then the dialog disappears too when i´m speaking the second time.
