Yes I'm having this. The names are weird and they do not export as TMC files.

Try to download the file/DLC again and just put it on the deskop, then do the extracting from there.

Thanks, no it does the same thing. I downloaded from the Zippyshare link this time.

I unrar the file and put on the desktop but I have the same thing: weird names in red and the notice

Might be. I've actually seen those files before but can't remember when or what I did.

Wild guess is that I tried to extract other files than .bin

Maybe try to download Archive Tool again and delete your old ones.

I tried with another DLC and it works fine.

 

I think it's coming from the DLC. Is it possible for you to upload your archive with TMC exported? Thank you so much if you can do that!!!

Had to split it up into 2 files since Zippy didn't allowed more than 200MB per file.

Also forgot to include Archive Tool but I don't think that's the problem, besides
my Archive Tool is from here.
