NPCs stop fighting

Hi, I have this problem for a while now...


 


When I'm playing the "backline" character, such as healer or archer, my follower and enemies suddenly... stop fighting. They are walking away from eachother, but after few seconds they initiate combat once again. It's really annoying, cause they can do such thing few times in single fight...


 


Does anyone know how to fix this?
