Head/body morph mismatch when equiping specefic clothing

So I found dunno how that I had some fine looking dresses installed but when I equiped it the head morph was larger than the body one (shrinked the neck/shoulders), tried bodyslide batching but seems it doesn't do anything

 

I do use the right body for said clothing : CBBE

Probably the body used for the clothes is not really a CBBE or it does not use the same UV.
