ZaZ Animation Pack download failure

So I cannot download the ZaZ Animation pack. It stops at 21.7kb, despite it being listed as a 88 megabyte file, and then 7zip and Mod Organizer do not recognize it as a 7z archive.. This is the only download to give me this issue. Does anyone have a mirror available?

it's taking a while for me to download it, but it doesn't stop. i think you probably need a download manager if your connection is that shitty.
