Karthspire Platform textures

Hiya I'm having a weird problem with the wooden platforms at Karthspire camp, the textures look horrifying and I cant work out what the specific texture file it is so I can replace it.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what the specific texture is called so I can replace it?

 

I have reinstalled all my texture mods... including the official hi res texture packs...

The landscape and architectural texture mods i have to memory are;

 

Official Texture Packs

Skyrim HD

Skyrim Realistic Overhaul

Serious HD

Noble Skyrim

 

But I would really like to know the name of the file in question so i can simply replace it.
