Animation for namira's blessing just stopped happening

I went to feed on a corpse, and go the usual animation, though the buff indicators didn't appear on screen (but I did get the buff in my magic status). However the next corpse I fed on - no animation, though the buffs get reset. I tried reverting a few tweaks and things that I'd updated recently and rerunning FNIS from scratch but no joy there.

 

I'm not sure how to get my mod list out of mod organizer. Here is loadorder.txt but it doesn't seem to include half the mods
