Magic Menu CTD with devious devices

[Deimos]

After updating everything fnis, xpmse, and all the related mods and their requirements for september  I've started running into this issue where if I have any piercings on the game will ctd when going to the magic menu, where as with none on I dont ctd.

Update

I've managed to pin it down to devious devices causing the issues as wearing anything related to devious devices seems to cause the crash when checking the magic menu not just piercings ( I've ruled out piercings being the issue by wearing non devious piercing and can access the menu with no issue.)
