Is there any house mod that puts ever race\creature \ robot in one location where u can test all the sexout animation in stead of looking all over the Westland ?

Yes there is... or was rather, I've looked for them but no luck and I don't remember what their names are exactly.

I even searched my huge LL download archive (2012-16) but can't see them.

 

From memory, located in Freeside it added 2 large rooms each with terminals in them for spawning every type of NPC/race (besides human) I think.

The spawned NPCs would be a companion of yours with normal follower dialog/commands + sex on demand dialog and even command them to rape other NPCs?

 

Another mod added a manhole behind Goodsprings Gas Station and inside was every NPC type (besides human) standing there in 2 rows not hostile and you could initiate sex with any of them for testing purposes.

 

Either I'm finally experiencing the Mandela effect and these no longer exist in this universe or I didn't look good enough.
