If you have a relatively strong machine, and won't be running a script heavy setup, I Would look at Coins of Tamriel because it has a more immersive option. If you're already running a very script heavy setup with mods like OBIS, Wet&Cold, Better Vampires, etc, then I would look at using Skyrim Coin Replacer.
