Devious Dingbat Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I love this game. It's a story driven VN with the main interactivity coming from serving and mixing drinks. The story is truly amazing. One of the best in my opinion. You really get to know the characters and get a feel for the world. My biggest criticism is that replay-ability is surprisingly low. There are different endings, but it kinda just adds onto one of two actual endings, one good one bad. Each additional part adds an extra scene showing a character after the story ends. However, I've heard some scenes can change and lead to different outcomes depending on if you get characters too drunk, which intrigues me. Another is I wish there was more Ingram, but that's probably just me. All in all I adore the hell out of this game. Cute characters, well written and a great atmosphere, if you haven't played it you should, you won't regret it, (If ANYTHING I've said interests you that is). My question is this, has anyone played this? If so, opinions? Spoiler for website's description. VA-11 HALL-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action is a booze em' up about waifus, technology, and post-dystopia life. In this world, corporations reign supreme, all human life is infected with nanomachines designed to oppress them, and the terrifying White Knights ensure that everyone obeys the laws. But, this is not about those people. You are a bartender at VA-11 HALL-A, affectionately nicknamed "Valhalla." Although it is just a small bar downtown, it attracts the most fascinating people this side of dystopia. Keep your clients lubricated and you will be made privy to the most interesting stories.
