and why can't i shank?

for some reason i can't get the mission to take over settlements, can't bully them or kill them can't do anything, shank just keeps saying sorry boss, so i used a mod to just pass the dam mission, problem now is.... i don't have wasteland overlord and he keeps saying "sorry boss" cause theres always a qoute "quest important" character.....

any idea's?

Since you've already pretty much broken the quest anyway, why don't you just set your desired outcome with setstage?

good idea.... but how would i setstage for wasteland overlord or make it so i can invade stuff?

nope, never knew this guy in my life... sadly, i thought i was the only one with this avatar....

but anyway, the reason why i used a mod to skip the option to invade was cause he wouldn't let me invade anyway..... i have no idea why, turned off all my mods and it still won't let me!!!!
