Sparowe Chan Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 This might sound dumb to a lot of people but I can't seem to find any information regarding a full list of camera controls. I just want to know how I can adjust the height of the camera while in "TFC"? Like if I was wanting to do a gradual zoom in towards "anything" then easily adjust the height of the camera up or down. The only way this seems possible is by having to use the mouse to point the camera up or down first then continue to zoom in. This just looks dumb honestly. It doesn't look natural to watch a camera operate this way. Imagine watching a movie and all of the sudden the camera points straight up or down then continues to move forward or backward just to achieve changing the height of the camera filming any given scene. Is there a way to enable a camera axis of sorts? Allowing one to either rotate around the scene on a horizontal axis while also being able to adjust the height of that axis while rotating or zooming? Controls for "panning"? Anything of the sort lol? Thanks.
allsunday Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I use a mouse and keyboard to play a heavily modded Fallout 4 (250 mods). However, even though I have SkyUI installed and the whole nine yards on my Skyrim, I still prefer to use an XBONE controller for Skyrim because navigating the menu is still clunky as hell due to Skyrim's obvious optimization for consoles. Be as it may... Left Bumper and Right Bumper control the elevation whenever I TFC 1. The analog sticks also help smooth the speed of the floating camera when you move it around which the keys on a keyboard cannot do, normally achieved by console command "sucsm (numerical value)". I believe there are more you can do with a controller in TFC mode but I cannot remember them. No, I never said controllers are better than mouse and keyboard! So don't any of you fanboys get your panties in a bundle!
