Looking for 2 Mods

I want to 'fix' two things I find wrong with my game:

 

Turn off Karma:

Why do I lose it when no one sees me steal? If I was the worlds best thief IRL and no one ever knew I stole a thing, they WOULD NOT treat me differently! 

 

Proper flagging of items:

It's easy to notice just outside of Goodsprings in a new game; a few bandits attack and the area is mined. If you kill them, you cannot take their stuff without losing karma!

It's freaking items belonging to DEAD PEOPLE..well, dead now..

 

Anyone know mods to

1) turn off karma

and

2) unflag ownership of items when the owner dies, so it's no longer stealing?

There's probably mods that do what you're looking for on the Nexus so try multiple search terms there to see what you can scavenge.

 

But for now you could do console commands for ownership:

 

- Bring up the in-game console with ~ key next to 1.

- Mouse cursor over the item not owned by you and click item. (Mouse scroll wheel up or down if it's a hard-to-get-to item)

- Type "setownership" without quotes and hit enter.

 

Now you should be able to take it without negative karma. I don't know if doing this on certain items could "break" the game or quests so YMMV.
