Unable to Regester Mods Using Nexus

A few mods that im trying to put on simply cant be opened by anything on my computer, including sexlab framework, zaz animation pack, and a few others, i have 7zip and plenty of other mods can be registered using Nexus, anyone have any idea how to fix this?

 

More in depth explanation is, i download from this site, use Nexus manual register to add mod to list of possible installs, and every time on some of them just fails and says "Incomplete", i tried using Mod Organizer as well, it states that i dont have any program on my computer that can read the files. Im not sure whats going on, i had all of these and more mods installed on my laptop a while back but on this new computer i cant do it with a special few that are VERY important to running anything like this
