Devious Devices Clipping & Slave Tats Disappear

So for some reason on things attached to my PC's leg and feet are clipping. (seeing issues with horse boots and leg cuffs at the moment) 

Player weight doesn't seem to have any effect. 

 

And Slave Tats seem to disappear after reloading my save game? kinda strange.

Open to any suggestions.
