Camera stuck to horse after dismounting/loading save game

[Smut Goblin]

I currently experience a strange bug, if I get off a horse, the camera will stay stuck on the horse. I can fix it with toggling player.tc, but every time I load the save afterwards the camera will be stuck back on the horse (or some strange location, if I killed the horse) and I have to toggle player.tc to fix it.

 

I googled for a bit, seems to be a rare occurrence. Found a few others with the problem but no one with a solution. Except a roll back, that is. Which would suck, as I only noticed the bug is permanent after half a day of adventuring. It is a very old (and messy) save game, but I rode before and did not add any camera related mods in a long time. Only occurs with that one character, too.
