launcher closes then reopens

when i open the launcher through steam it works fine, then i press play and it closes, but a few seconds later it reopens the launcher, repeat. i didn't have this error yesterday lol. 

 

i tried running loot to see if it would help and i got this

You're getting that error message because your Plugins.txt file is set for READ ONLY. Remove the flag and LOOT will be happy once again.
