Rapid fire for bows

A while back there was a mod on a website called "steamworkshop" or something that allowed a bow to fire much faster, "rapid fire perk", by adding a perk to the bow skill tree (in addition to the quick shot perk). Can someone upload that to mediafire or something? When it was the on the website there was no download link (author probably hid it or something >_>), and now the page doesn't even exist anymore since the author deleted the entire mod. If no one has it, can anyone recommend some mod that makes bow firing faster?

There is a perk mod on skyrim nexus that has a few interesting changes to the speech perk tree; one of these is a second rapid fire that stacks with the marksman one. You can find it at:Dovahkiin perks

 

I recommend using dovahkiin perks with: Shout Combat

 

This combination allows for greater specialization of character archetypes (archer, barbarian, mage, thief) and makes shouting level speech and speech improve shouting. It does what you want and more. Have fun.

There's a handy mod on Nexus that increases the flight speed, distance and trajectory of arrows:

I don't know if it increases the actual speed of the bow however, although I am not 100% certain.

 

I believe the easiest way to increase firing speed of a bow is to decrease the weight of the weapon in question (this is why hunting bows shoot far more rapidly than say daedric bows, for example) which is fairly easy via the ck, especially if you only want to change your favorite type of bow.
