CTD every time I try to enter The Blue Palace.

No clue what's causing it.  Here is my load order, and Crash Fix's crash log.

EDIT: Well, I'm stupid.  Apparently I've been missing a bashed patch.  For the entire playthrough >.<  Not sure how I didn't catch that.

I also went ahead and re-ran LOOT.  Just successfully entered the room.

 

EDIT EDIT: Nevermind, not fixed.  Now Skyrim fails to allocate memory when I try to leave the palace.
