Unable to load mod

[Hollow_Tears]

I downloaded a mod from this website's page (http://www.ladymoiraine.com/index.php?/forums/topic/4179-skyrim-slofs-giger-armour/) and it says it's for skyrim, but when i tried to run it with mo to see if it would work and what it looks like it did not show up when i use the additemmenu mod or crash at main menu saying missing master. Am i misunderstanding something obvious or is the mod really for oblivion and if so can someone tell me where i can dl it for skyrim or tell me how i can fix it without the ck. 

 

Edit: Even loading the esp in tesvedit says it's for oblivion so i ether must have an old esp and/or the dl link is linking it with the mod for oblivion and not the skyrim version.
