Which means if I scales up my characters breasts on racemenu slider, the cup of armor goes bigger to fit with it. well the problem is, the cup always scale itself much bigger than the real size. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Is there any way to fix this problem? it's because 2 possible reasons: - different shape of the boobs, between your body and the outfit - different HDT weight between your body and the outfit, so your boobs moves different than your outfit when physics works. use bodyslide and outfit studio, to modify the outfit. There are some easy tutorials here in the forums.
