I've already played both Fenoxo games, Trap Quest and obviously Skyrim+SexLab, but I need something new. You know, you can't only play four games over and over again.

Fallout's modding scene and sexual content is at least as impressive as Skyrim's, if you're looking to modify something again. Elsewise, I can recommend a ton of very good/interesting platformers, and there's always Mushi no Kangoku if you're half as bizarre as I am.

Well at least for now, the Fallout Modding is about NV and TTW (tales of the wasteland) but for the sex modding of fallout 4 it will take some time. For VH, the game is worth the trouble ! i can assure that

Fallout 3 and new vegas share many mods, but typically you'll want to have both with patched together TTW, so you can access FO3 and NV content at the same time, with many mods bridging the two world spaces. This isn't and issue, since both games run off the same engine. Fallout 4, however, is fairly new and has minimal content, just a few nude skins and aesthetic stuff, no sexual framework yet.

You play as boy called Luka on a quest to become a hero by defeating the monster lord. The twist however, is that every monster is a girl who wants to drink his semen. It was the first full h-game I've ever played and I'd recommend it to most people, but it is VERY text heavy, and the majority of sex scenes you have to lose to see. Plus, Fenoxo technically has 3 games, check out the other one as well.

Very bizzare like that, but well worth it.

Though the problem with me and slaveowner games (Free Cities, Jack O Nine Tails, etc.) is that I prefer to play the enslaved girls rather than the slavers. It's an RPG Maker game featuring characters from League of Legends, but honestly you don't need to know anything about LoL to enjoy it. It features plenty of corruption, but mostly of the mental kind, not the physical part. It's also a surprisingly solid RPG, considering that wasn't the focus.

The Last Sovereign is not yet complete but awesome more story based. Also I am always looking around and finding new gems on ulmf. There are so many wip projects I can't even count.

I have an english version, but if I remember correctly, I got a translation from ulmf.org because the dlsite version is Japanese.
