smudge78 Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Anyone know if it's possible to export your characters face out of the game as an obj or nif? If so what are the steps in doing so?
Vaelorian Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 I used NinjaRipper to export characters from Oblivion and models from other games. You can probably use it for FO4 (I don't play FO4, so I can't say with 100% certainty, but it's damn near that). If you're just looking for the face, equip an empty mesh for the rest of the character and step somewhere there isn't much terrain. It'll make the process much faster and easier. If you're having trouble finding such a place just toggle collision, set your character's Z axis very high. That should be sufficient for the program to only pick your character. For the clothing, just take any piece that covers everything, make a copy elsewhere. Then, delete the model (not the skeleton). That should do it. Restore the copy you made earlier. There may be better ways to do this, but it was pretty painless and quick.
the_mess Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 There was a console command for that in Skyrim, is there for FO4 too?
