I like this one, but the animations could be better imo. Ive tried modifying but my results are mixed so far, mostly due to lack of modding experience.

 

Not only do you have to wash, you also have to go potty. Different body parts can get dirtier than others depending on what you are doing. Your hands also get dirty and can be washed. There is also a smell aura. Needs a 'leaking' animation, instead of just squatting (sneak).
