SOLVED Head/Face Parts Slider in ECE/Racemenu Mod Question

I have just finished replacing a 230+ modded Skyrim with a fresh install, and I cannot for the life of me figure out which mod/plug-in gave you the option in racemenu where you could use female vampire head parts on a non-vampire character. It was just a slider that said Face (or was it head?) parts and would change from one to the other. I have makeup (face texture actually, with custom painted on eyeliner) for my character that I don't want to apply to all npcs, so I used that as a work-around. I do not want to be a vampire though. I have ECE and Racemenu. The slider is there, but won't move. Any help is greatly appreciated! <3 Thank you very much! I'll even accept other work-arounds and ideas. 

 

EDIT: Nevermind! It seems a reinstall of racemenu after chargen/ece fixed it.
