Mod models not loading?

Hey, probably a very simple fix issue but I'm really a novice with mods. Anyway, so recently I had to redownload a lot of my mods because I had a corrupted hard drive and most of my mods were manual downloads. To save time I started to use the NMM today and I downloaded a mix of, armour, weapons and workshop stuff. Now the workshop models load, stuff like homemaker, OCDecorator etc but my armour and guns were in the game just all of the models were invisible. Stuff like the like the gunslinger outfit is in the game in the files but when I equip it just all I see is my characters head.

 

Any ideas for a fix?

Are you using CBBE? If so, did you forget to build the outfits in Bodyslide?

Using CBBE but I don't play female character.
