So...how do I get my game to look as good as everyone else's?

I've been messing with Skyrim all night trying to make it look as good as some of the screenshots I've seen on this site, but I'm not having a lot of luck. The female character models have no nipples, the male character models don't have textured penises, the models keep clipping through each other really disturbingly and the textures overall don't look half as good as some things I've seen. Can anyone help me out?

You have to install a female body replacement like 7base, CBBE, UNPB, UUNP and for male you can use SOS, SAM etc.

install xpmse first, then a female body replacer. And too look as good as others' screenshots, You'll need an ENB. 

 

 

Also, you can use texture replacers. There are plenty on Nexus.
