Anyone have a Beverageer save file?

I unfortunately got hit with the bug that caused the Nuka-Xtreme Recipe to not appear.  Using the console to place the recipe directly in my inventory or even on the ground next to me does not give me the ability to craft the drink.

 

Anyone have a save file they can upload for me so I can finish this final achievement?  (or, anyone know a workaround for this, I am not picky, I will take either)
